# Field Force Management System (FFMS) Aug 2000- Jun 2001. This distributed sales information system has been designed using Visual FOXPRO/ MS- SQL with VB as front end for a pharmaceutical Company. Each of the 240 Field Sales Officers(FSO)sends his daily sales report to his dependent Regional Sales Manager( RSM). The Central office gets sales summaries from 15 RSM working for a pharmaceutical Company. FFMS assists each RSM to closely monitor his field force and ensure that each of his FSO can achieve monthly sales target. Based on daily sales reports, FFMS generates required MIS/ DSS reports to assist the top management in monitoring and decision-making.
